Delivery Time

  • Made-to-order / out-of-stock items: 15–45 days processing time

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL for global reliability.

Customer Responsibilities at Delivery

Upon receiving the package:

  • Inspect the packaging carefully
  • Report visible damage to the courier immediately
  • Refuse delivery if external damage is present

Once delivery is accepted, shipping-related damage claims cannot be processed.
